Found a piece you love that is currently out of stock? In many cases, we can specially craft it for you as a custom order.

How to Request a Custom Order

Contact us through live chat or email info@splendidjewellery.com and include:

• A link to the jewellery item or its product name

• Your preferred gold colour and size, where applicable

• Any other relevant requirements

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item can be made, along with its availability, price and estimated production timeframe.

Production and Delivery

Custom orders generally require approximately 4–6 weeks for production. This timeframe begins after your order details have been confirmed.

Once your jewellery has been completed, it will be prepared for worldwide delivery. We will provide tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

As every item is specially made, production and delivery estimates may vary depending on the design, material availability and destination.

Quality and Authenticity

Your custom-made jewellery is produced to the same quality standards as our regular collection. The standard Splendid Jewellery warranty applies, and your order will include a Certificate of Authenticity where applicable.

Important Custom-Order Policy

Please review and confirm all order details carefully before proceeding.

Because custom orders are specially crafted for you, they are:

• Non-refundable

• Not eligible for cancellation once production has commenced

• Not eligible for our 60-day change-of-mind return policy

These restrictions do not exclude any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
