What Shipping Options Do You Offer?

We provide two premium delivery methods:

1. Complimentary Express Delivery – Orders above $50 are shipped within 1–2 business days (USA) and 1–5 business days worldwide. Most items are dispatched the next business day.
2. Complimentary Standard Delivery – Orders under $50 are delivered worldwide within 7–15 business days.

Do You Provide Warranties?

Yes. Every Splendid Jewellery piece is protected by industry-leading warranties:

• All jewellery: 60-day warranty
• Tungsten wedding bands: Lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect

Do You Offer Complimentary Ring Resizing?

Yes. We provide free ring resizing for most designs (excluding Tungsten rings). If your size is not listed, please contact us at info@splendidjewellery.com or WhatsApp +61 468 426 972.

Are Multiple Ring Sizes Available?

Our rings are crafted in standard sizes, which are listed on each product page. If you require a different size, we may be able to adjust the piece for you.

Can I Add Engraving?

We offer engraving on selected personalised designs. Product descriptions will indicate availability. For special requests, please contact us.

Can I Request a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Certificates are available with select gold and diamond pieces. Please email info@splendidjewellery.com before placing your order to confirm certification availability.

Does Fine Jewellery Require Maintenance?

To preserve brilliance, protect your jewellery from:

• Dirt and residue build-up
• Cosmetics and makeup
• Chemicals and substances that may tarnish

For diamond jewellery, clean gently with a mild liquid soap and water solution.

How Should I Care for Different Metals?

• Tungsten: Highly durable, minimal care required.
• Platinum: Strong but prone to scratches; avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Gold: A softer metal; avoid exposure to soap, chemicals, or harsh cleaning. Remove before bathing or cleaning.

How Do White Gold and Platinum Differ?

White gold’s colour is created by alloying pure gold, while platinum is naturally white, stronger, and more durable.

What Are Contemporary Metals?

Also called non-traditional metals, these modern materials offer strength and style. They include:

Why Don’t All Products Have Images or Videos?

We are digitising over 13,000 designs. For additional photos or videos of a piece, please email info@splendidjewellery.com with the product SKU.

Can I Order an Out-of-Stock Item?

Yes. Out-of-stock items can be specially crafted as a custom order.

Custom Order Process:

• Production timeframe: 4–6 weeks
• Worldwide delivery once complete
