Most jewellery is shipped from our fulfilment centre in Atlanta, USA. Orders placed on business days before 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time are shipped the following business day.

If our website inventory is not fully synchronised with our fulfilment centre and an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you with available options or issue an immediate refund.
